Spotlight, in partnership with the Herald Sun and the Victorian Premiers Department was proud to be associated with the Yellow Ribbon Appeal designed to show support to the thousands of people who were affected by 2009's devastating Black Saturday Fires.
Spotlight donated thousands of meters of ribbon to churches, schools, community groups and corporate Australia as well as distributed them through our network of stores. The yellow ribbon became a symbol of hope in the aftermath of the fires.
