Welcome to the Get Creative website where you will discover many changes afoot.
After more than six years, the May 2010 issue of Get Creative will be the last in its current format. A short hiatus period will ensue before a new publication, Get Creative Quarterly (GCQ), hits Spotlight stores in Australia and New Zealand.
This new magazine will retain much of the spirit, tone, variety and talent of the familiar monthly publication but will be a bigger, glossier, more streamlined presentation with lots of great input from local and international artists and crafters, plenty of fabulous projects and lots of information on craft trends, events, discoveries and more.
Get Creative Quarterly (GCQ) will arrive in stores on the 4th of November as a special free-of-charge benefit for Spotlight's VIP Club members.
We hope you are as excited as we are about this next stage in the evolution of Get Creative which will be a celebration of all that is wonderful about craft and creativity and will, we hope, inspire everyone who picks up a copy.
